利用热辐射原理,采用热平衡法对电热隧道窑的高温恒温区温场进行了分析和模拟.计算中将发热棒分解为无数微元发热面与烧结体进行热交换,依据辐射强度定律,建立了烧结体接收能量的数学模型,并用计算机进行了模拟计算.结果表明,依据模拟结果来优化硅碳棒的排布,可使结构设计更加合理,进而可以获得分布均匀的恒温区温场.计算结果已在窑炉设计中应用,实践效果良好
